Before attending EHHI's sessions, I was too embarrassed to ask questions about my health and menstruation. Today, I understand my body, I attend school with confidence, and I know that my dreams are valid. EHHI gave me knowledge, dignity, and hope.
The mentorship programme reminded me that my circumstances do not define my future. Meeting women who encouraged me to pursue my goals gave me the confidence to believe in myself again.
